A New Chapter for Stanford Marine in India
Stanford Hawk commences a long-term contract in India

Our DP2 PSV “Stanford Hawk” has commenced a long-term contract in India, marking our first direct contract with an end client in the country.
Although we’ve supported several offshore projects in India over the years, this is a special achievement for us and an important step towards building a stronger presence in the Indian market.
Getting Stanford Hawk to India came with its challenges, especially given the security situation in the Strait of Hormuz. The safety of our crew and vessel was always our top priority.
With careful planning, risk assessments, and close coordination between our operations team, security consultants, security contractors, insurance providers, and relevant authorities, Stanford Hawk safely transited the Strait and was delivered to our client on schedule. A great team effort under challenging circumstances.
This contract also reflects our efforts to grow beyond our traditional markets. The Middle East will always remain our core market, but we’re steadily expanding into other regions, building new client relationships and creating a more geographically balanced business. With several recent fixtures outside the Middle East, it’s encouraging to see these efforts coming together.
A big thank you to the Master and crew of Stanford Hawk for their professionalism and commitment throughout the mobilisation. Our appreciation also goes to our operations team, security partners, insurance providers and everyone else who worked behind the scenes to make this possible. It was a team effort, and their support made all the difference.
We're also grateful to our client for the trust and confidence they’ve placed in Stanford Marine. We look forward to supporting their operations and delivering the safe, reliable service they expect from us.
Wishing Stanford Hawk and her crew a safe and successful charter in India. It's a great feeling to see our fleet reaching new markets and our international presence continuing to grow.
